The Real Estate Developers Services Center “Completion” to accelerate the pace of residential projects and increase investment in the real estate sector by signing a memorandum of understanding with “Deutsche Gulf Finance,” The MoU aims to improve the efficiency of the center’s services and introduce shared electronic services, facilitate the work of real estate developers, to develop the sector and increase its contribution to GDP.

The agreement was signed by Engineer Musaed Al-Otaibi, Director General of the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etam,” and Mohammed Al-Duweish, CEO of “Deutsche Gulf Finance,” The memorandum of understanding comes as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two parties to provide electronic services through the “Etam” platform, enabling real estate developers to open an escrow account for off-plan sales projects and apply for financing for licensed projects.
