The Real Estate Development Fund has signed a framework agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi to facilitate the access of real estate companies and institutions to real estate support and financing from financial entities, as part of Real Estate Development Fund.Net.sa/33767/" data-type="post" data-id="33767“>Tatweer program to enable real estate developers to establish housing projects in various regions of the Kingdom.
The "Tatweer" program aims to provide support to companies and institutions working in the real estate sector, develop them and ensure their continuity, especially small and medium enterprises, to enable them to contribute to increasing the real estate supply, with the aim of increasing the ownership rate to 70% by 2030, according to the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and providing housing and financing solutions sustainably by building supporting systems and legislation.
The "Tatweer" program aims to support companies and institutions working in the real estate sector and ensure their continuity.
The agreement was signed on the Fund's side by CEO Mansour bin Madi, and on Banque Saudi Fransi's side by Managing Director and CEO Rayan bin Mohammed Fayez.
