The company unveiled its project at a ceremony held prior to yesterday’s match between Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of Round 27 of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Professional League, as its second project to build integrated neighborhoods, which will be implemented as part of a plan to develop several neighborhoods in four major regions and nine cities across the Kingdom.

This vital location connects residents to major roads and both private and public transportation networks, as well as parks, pedestrian walkways, bike paths, restaurants, cafes, schools, and mosques. These facilities will be developed to the highest standards to provide a unique lifestyle and build a social infrastructure that contributes to community cohesion and integration, The neighborhood has been designed using an architectural approach that preserves heritage and urban designs that highlight the region’s culture and architectural style, in a way that meets the daily needs and future aspirations of various segments of Saudi society.
