The Cabinet issued a decision to establish the Health Holding Company and approve the organization of the National Health Insurance Center. The decision lays the statutory foundations for the implementation of the Ministry of Health's transformation strategy, which will take place in successive stages over the coming years, as health clusters will implement a set of transformational programs aimed at promoting community health, prevention and early detection of diseases and health risks.
For his part, HE Minister of Health Mr. Fahad bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajil extended his thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister - may Allah protect them - on the occasion of the issuance of the generous approval of the Cabinet decision.

The Cabinet decision stated that the Ministry of Health will continue with regard to the state properties allocated to it to exercise its role in those properties in accordance with the prescribed rules and regulations.
