One of the most important new initiatives is the “Draft Endowments Law,” proposed by the General Authority for Endowments with the aim of establishing a regulatory framework for endowments in the Kingdom in all their forms; contributing to their development, fulfilling the conditions set by their donors, and strengthening their role in economic and social development and social solidarity, in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law and applicable regulations. The public consultation period ends on July 1, 2022.
Building Compliance Permit Procedures
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing the “Draft Guide to Building Compliance Permit Procedures,” which aims to improve the urban landscape, provide a healthy and sustainable built environment, and contribute to the realization of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Gas Station Rehabilitation Project
For its part, the Ministry of Energy is seeking feedback on the “Draft Standards for the Qualification of Facilities to Manage, Operate, and Maintain Gas Stations and Service Centers,” through which it aims to establish the approved foundations and standards for applicant facilities to obtain a certification of qualification to operate service centers and gas stations.
