Tasaawi Company an agreement to develop Plot No. SD 1565 in Dhahran with Watan Al-Awwal Real Estate Company, under which Tasawi will conduct the necessary studies and obtain the required licenses and approvals from the relevant authorities. The project’s infrastructure development work will include land grading, road construction and paving, as well as electrical, water, sanitation, lighting, and stormwater drainage systems.
Tasaawi, classified as a first-class company by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, operates according to a clear vision that focuses on providing the best solutions for infrastructure development in real estate projects, ensuring high quality and a professional approach to project management.
