Released Wafi Committee 203 licenses for off-plan projects since the beginning of the year until the end of last May, including about 55 licenses to sell off-plan residential projects providing 19.499 thousand units.

The program has approved the completion of five residential projects, as an extension of the committee's efforts to enhance the real estate supply in the market and raise the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030, in accordance with the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

In a statement, the committee explained that the licenses issued since the beginning of the year included sales licenses for large, medium and small projects, rental licenses, marketing licenses and marketing licenses and display of internal and external projects on the map, indicating that it has so far licensed more than 266 residential projects that provide about 208 thousand housing units, where construction work has been completed for 17 of them, and a number of current projects have reached advanced completion rates that will be delivered on time according to the approved timetables.
