“Enforcement approves Al Dal, the third e-auction platform

The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaz” has adopted the Dal auction platform as its third platform for conducting electronic auctions real estate platform affiliated with the Center, thereby enabling service providers—specifically sales agents registered with the Center—to begin contracting with the platform (aldal.sa) to conduct auctions, just like other accredited platforms that are subject to the Center’s operational requirements and rules.

Auction platforms are an essential tool for conducting online auctions and organizing in-person auction processes, in addition to enabling hybrid auctions that allow for electronic or in-person bidding according to the beneficiaries" preferences, and providing greater participation opportunities while leveraging the automation and documentation of registration and bidding processes to achieve maximum transparency and operational efficiency.

Hussein bin Yahya Al-Harbi, CEO of the Support and Liquidation Center ”Enfaaz," Hussein bin Yahya Al-Harbi, reaffirmed the Center’s commitment to deepening private sector involvement in its operations and enhancing competitiveness, thereby contributing to improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, facilitating sales processes, and accelerating liquidation procedures and the recovery of rights, through the use of integrated real estate technology solutions to ensure the governance of the liquidation process.

Al-Harbi noted the importance of providing multiple options to sales agents appointed by the Center to promote fair competition among platforms and incentivize them to provide high-quality services.
The Support and Liquidation Center ”Enfaz” is one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program, and a center of expertise specializing in overseeing the liquidation of real estate and movable assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, private estates, or individuals, with the aim of accelerating the process of settling claims and enhancing beneficiary satisfaction through the appointment of private-sector specialists.
