Under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center "Enfaz," Ora Real Estate announced the organization of for the Lavender Public Auction, in which a selection of distinctive properties in Dammam will be offered for sale at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the Montreal Hall.

The company explained that the auction was ordered by the Enforcement Court and includes four residential properties and raw land of various sizes. The first property is a plot of raw land measuring 134,737 square meters, while the second property is a residential plot in the Ahda neighborhood with an area of 825 square meters, and the third plot is also residential in the Al-Dabab neighborhood, with an area of 700 square meters, while the fourth property is a residential building with an area of 336.8 square meters in the Business City.

Ora Real Estate has set a number of conditions for entering the auction, including

submitting a certified check in the name of the Support and Liquidation Center for the value of each asset and delivering it to the sales agent; the conditions also stipulate that the buyer or their legal representative must be present at the auction hall.
