The Ministry of Commerce called not to deal with unlicensed non-Saudis, advertise with them or invite them to marketing events for products, services and goods, and excluded those who work under a commercial entity and have a license and legal documents that entitle them to practice commercial advertising in social media platforms.In a letter to the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the Ministry pointed out that a number of non-Saudi advertisers (residents and visitors) were observed violating social media platforms, and after verifying their data, it was found that there were legal violations, including not having commercial records or legal licenses, and not working under any commercial entity or foreign investment license.
