The properties range from commercial, residential, and agricultural land to residential villas and commercial and residential buildings, starting with the Arbah Auction, held in person to showcase 11 properties in the Riyadh region; the Qimam In-Person Auction, featuring 8 properties in the Riyadh region; the Jeddah Pearl Online Auction, featuring 5 properties in the city of Jeddah; the "Al-Baraka" online auction, featuring 4 properties in Al-Dawadmi Governorate; the "Rawabi Al-Qassim" online auction, featuring 16 properties in the city of Al-Qassim; the “Jawharat Al-Madinah” online auction, featuring 5 properties in the Madinah region; the Taif Breeze online auction, featuring one property in Taif Governorate; and the Northern Roots online auction, featuring 16 diverse properties in Al-Jawf, Tabuk, and the Northern Border Province.
Also featured will be the Al-Baraka Online Auction, consisting of 24 properties in the Al-Qassim region, and the Amal Riyadh In-Person Auction, featuring 20 diverse properties in the city of Riyadh, and finally, an auction for a sanitary ware and tile warehouse featuring a variety of tiles, ceramics, and sanitary ware, to be held in Riyadh.
