The Enforcement Center announced the success of the pilot phase of the developed attribution through a pilot launch of more than 65 auctions covering more than 800 real estate assets, and the center will work to expand the application of the developed model to include all sales and liquidation work, with the aim of reducing the duration of the contract with sales agents and accredited evaluators and the speed of placing properties in public auctions, which contributes to the rapid fulfillment of beneficiaries" rights, through an automated mechanism to divide assets according to their sizes and marketing work required for them, then automatically and securely assigned to sales agents classified according to their experience and level of satisfaction with their previous work by the beneficiaries.
Hussein bin Yahya Al-Harbi, CEO of the Center, expressed his thanks and appreciation for the continuous support of the Center's Board of Directors, headed by the Minister of Justice, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, where the Board approved the mechanisms and work rules necessary to develop the business model, and Al-Harbi praised the accompaniment of sales agents and certified evaluators registered in the Center for continuous development work that would enhance the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the liquidation work.
