An agreement was signed The Future of Real Estate Forum and the World Real Estate Federation have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at exchanging expertise, ideas, and best practices between the two parties, with the goal of developing the real estate and housing sector in various regions of the Kingdom and increasing its contribution to supporting the national economy.

This agreement comes at a time when the real estate sector is receiving significant attention from both the public and private sectors, alongside government support and the provision of various facilities and logistical assistance. The agreement focuses on exploring several key areas, including urban sustainability, innovation, affordable housing, and resilient cities. The agreement also aims to integrate economic and social aspects, thereby advancing sustainable development and comprehensively promoting the real estate sector.

On this occasion, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Barai, Vice President of the World Real Estate Federation, said: “The World Real Estate Federation, which is the largest global federation in the real estate sector with 1.5 million members from more than 70 countries, adopts a comprehensive approach that emphasizes holistic integration between economic and social dimensions, as well as integration with environmental considerations, to advance sustainable development and benefit all communities where the Federation implements its plans.”
