The Real Estate Units Sorting Program has launched the data verification service construction licenses from Baladi platform for screening requests, enabling engineering offices to automatically query construction license data during screening requests, as construction licenses are a prerequisite to complete the screening process.

The program explained that the service contributes to controlling the quality of the data of the sorted real estate units, reduces the time taken to check the building permit data and enter the permit data by the engineering office in the sorting request, and reduces errors in entering the permit data.

The program had previously launched the “Premium Service”, which contributed to reducing the length of time for engineering offices in submitting sorting requests and speeding up the data entry procedures by them to 70%, through an engine that analyzes the property plan according to the cadastral elevations automatically instead of entering them manually.
