The Real Estate Unit Classification Program has launched a data verification service for building permits from the Baladi platform for classification requests, enabling engineering firms to automatically query building permit data while submitting classification requests, as building permits are a fundamental requirement for completing the classification process.
The program explained that the service helps ensure the quality of data for sorted real estate units, reduces the time required to verify building permit data and for engineering firms to enter permit data into the zoning application, and will also minimize errors in permit data entry.
The program had previously launched the “Premium Service,” which helped reduce the time it takes for engineering firms to submit sorting requests, and expediting their data entry process into 70% through an engine that automatically analyzes the property plan based on survey plans instead of manual entry.
