The Residential Program confirmed the delivery of 112 housing units in the Al-Jawhara buildings project in the city of Riyadh, after the completion of work and the completion of the delivery of services and infrastructure for the project, within the framework of the program's keenness to deliver the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, within the framework of the deliveries initiated by “Residential” last month in nine cities in various regions of the Kingdom, which included 21 residential projects under construction in the regions of: “Riyadh, Eastern Province, Medina, Makkah, and Asir.

The Riyadh region is witnessing the implementation of 24 residential projects distributed north, west and east of the city, providing more than 31 thousand housing units of various designs and spaces, within a modern residential environment that provides a lifestyle that complies with the quality of life standards with its various designs and spaces to meet the needs and aspirations of Saudi families, and the residential projects of the residential program include areas dedicated to gardens, green spaces, government, commercial, recreational and health facilities to provide an attractive environment in which the elements of quality of life are integrated.
