The Eastern Province Municipality invited investors and entrepreneurs to take advantage of investment opportunities offered by the Municipality on the “Opportunities” platform in the field of outdoor advertising on buildings, bridges and tunnels, within the strategy of the outdoor advertising development plan for the region.

She explained that the strategy of the outdoor advertising scheme contributes to creating added value and an aesthetic dimension to the region, in addition to contributing to improving the urban landscape, enabling digital transformation and applying the concept of smart cities, and developing city resources in a way that contributes to achieving financial sustainability and spending efficiency.The strategy takes into account the preservation of urban identity by adopting advertising designs, interactive technologies, and determining the appropriate number and distribution of billboards on the facades of buildings, public taxis and buses, buildings under construction and restoration, white lands, bridges and tunnels.
