The Support and Liquidation Center announced “Enforcement“, the holding of 7 public auctions, ranging from in-person to online auctions, to sell real estate in various regions of the Kingdom between September 12 and 22, with total property areas exceeding 100,000 square meters.

The auctions will feature 144 properties ranging from commercial, residential, and agricultural land to residential villas, commercial and residential buildings, warehouses, and a residential palace, starting with the Al-Mazahmiyah Oases auction, which features 3 properties; Samou, which features 29 properties in Riyadh; and Rawa’a, which features 26 properties in Riyadh; Al-Khair Lands, which features 33 properties in Riyadh; Kunooz Al-Hijrah, which features 44 properties in Jeddah; Aja, which features 8 properties in Hail; and Jewel of Madinah, which features one property.
