The number of beneficiaries of the solutions provided by Housing Program from the beginning of the year through the end of last August reached 100,830 families, while the number of Saudi families who moved into their first home reached 117,484. This is part of the program’s efforts to achieve the goals of the Housing Program —one of the programs under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030—to increase the homeownership rate for Saudi families to 70 percent by 2030.

The “Sakani” program stated that the number of households benefiting from the options and solutions it provides reached 13,363 Saudi households last August, while the number of families who moved into their first home in the same month reached 12,548 Saudi families.
