<The Ministry of Housing has renewed its confidence in partnership with the private sector by launching the partnership project “Tatweer Iskan 2” to build 14,500 apartments in each of Medina, Jeddah, Dammam and Qatif. The Ministry has allocated land to the companies concerned, and the designs submitted by the developers are being approved to start marketing these units to beneficiaries in an innovative and competitive manner based on the involvement of the citizen in choosing the developers, in addition to housing models to suit the beneficiary and his needs and then start their implementation.

At the same time, the Ministry encouraged the developers to build 14,000 and 500 apartments. <At the same time, the ministry encouraged the step taken by some developers to use international companies in order to speed up completion, raise the level of quality and reduce costs, by granting higher qualification points to developers who were able to make partnerships for their projects with international companies that have modern building systems and high rates of completion and provide job opportunities for Saudis in these areas to benefit from their experience and achievement in this field. In this regard, the Ministry of Housing said that it is currently working on launching the partnership program with the private sector “Tatweer Iskan 3” to build 11,000 apartments in Jeddah and Dammam.
