In line with the Fund’s management’s ongoing development approach and with the support and guidance of His Excellency Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, Chairman of the Fund’s Board of Directors, the Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund, Engineer Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Zaghibi, launched the Fund’s Unified Call Center, which provides comprehensive information services to citizens throughout the Kingdom via the unified number 920010092.

The center provides numerous electronic services to all citizens throughout the Kingdom, including information on loans, applications, and collections, as well as the tracking of transactions submitted electronically, 24 hours a day, every day, including holidays and weekends.
