All preparations are complete for the launch of the Riyadh Housing and Urban Development Exhibition «Restatex 18» from April 26–29 at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center, with the participation of more than 60 exhibitors, including real estate companies, financing firms, and banks, as well as a number of investors and real estate professionals.

The annual forum on housing, investment, and real estate financing—held in conjunction with each edition of the event—will address the latest developments in regulations and programs related to the Ministry of Housing’s products and projects, as well as real estate financing opportunities available in the local market and regulations governing the sale of off-plan real estate and residential units—regulations and procedures for which are being developed and streamlined by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Committee for the Sale of Off-Plan Real Estate Units. This year’s edition will feature participation from the Riyadh Region Secretariat, the Riyadh Development Authority, and the Capital’s Public Transportation Project.

The exhibition features more than 60 organizations in the real estate marketing, development, and financing sectors. Many companies will offer special promotions during the exhibition, particularly since they have large booths that allow them to showcase their projects and plans in the housing and real estate investment sectors. A number of new local companies in the real estate development sector will also participate.

Amlak Real Estate Newspaper will continue its media sponsorship of various exhibition events, including «Restatex 18.» It will also document the accompanying activities and conduct interviews with event participants.
