”The Ministry of Housing Approves 9,000 Residential Villas in Three Regions

The Saudi Ministry of Housing has revealed the final figures for the allocation phases of the residential villa project, which includes more than 9,000 villas in three regions of the Kingdom that are suffering from a housing crisis.

Press sources detailed the regions and governorates in which the villas are distributed, namely: “Al-Qunfudhah Governorate Project, which has 593 residential villas, Al-Shanan Project with 1084 villas, Al-Ahsa 1 Project with 328 villas, Al-Ahsa 2 Project with 172 villas, Al-Khobar Project with 272 villas, Bish Project with 249 villas, Samtah Project with 162 villas, Sabya Project with 261 villas, and Hafr Al-Batin Project with 5521 villas.”

The allocated land and loan projects included 2,088 beneficiaries, residential apartments with 1,091 units in the Northern Dammam City project, 3,349 residential units in the Southern Dammam project, the Al-Badarani Qatif project with 561 residential plots and 160 residential apartments, the Abha City (Al-Taawun) project with 902 developed plots, the Al-Ahsa project with 1,518 developed plots, and the Al-Kharj project with 2,825 developed plots.

It is worth mentioning that the ministry had previously allocated 16,000 housing units, including developed land, villas and housing units in a number of regions of the Kingdom.
