Under the generous patronage of Acting Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed, the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition “Restatex Riyadh” will kick off tomorrow, Sunday, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The event will take place from April 27 to 29.

For his part, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of “Restatex Real Estate” Exhibitions, welcomed the attendance of leaders from the real estate and investment sectors, as well as invited guests, and their participation in the launch of this year’s edition of the exhibition, which is considered the largest annual real estate event in the Kingdom, emphasizing that the exhibition will showcase the latest developments in the real estate market, investments, and projects—which it traditionally attracts each year—and will highlight the progress and achievements of the residential real estate sector across all regions of the Kingdom, along with innovations and financing programs available to those interested in owning real estate andresidents.

In the same vein, the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed an agreement with the Ramtan Foundation for the Organization and Marketing of Exhibitions and Conferences to strengthen the role of the exhibition and the Riyadh Real Estate Forum, so that this event serves as a window into recent changes and developments and their impact on real estate activity and the national economy as a whole, and to articulate the perspectives of stakeholders and experts in the real estate sector regarding the current state and future of the industry. The agreement aims to support this important real estate event.

On this occasion, Hussein Al-Faraj said: The topics and themes of the annual forum on housing, investment, and real estate financing—held in conjunction with each edition of the exhibition in Riyadh—are currently being prepared in line with the latest regulations and programs related to the Ministry of Housing’s products and projects, as well as the real estate financing opportunities available in the local market and the regulations governing the off-plan sale of real estate and residential units, the guidelines and facilitation measures for which are being developed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Committee for the Sale of Off-Plan Real Estate Units.
