Al Omari and Salman bin Saeedan agree to build 200 residences in Seville

The “Al-Omari” and ”Salman bin Saidan” real estate groups real estate groups have signed a partnership agreement to develop infrastructure and 200 residential units as the first phase of the residential units targeted within the first phase being developed by the Al-Omari Group on an area of 300,000 square meters out of a total of 2 million square meters in the “Ishbiliya Suburb” residential project north of the city of Buraidah in the Al-Qassim region, The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Real Estate and Housing Exhibition in Riyadh, in the presence of the chairmen of the boards of directors of both groups, Majid bin Nasser Al-Omari and Salman bin Saidan, chairman of the Salman bin Saidan Real Estate Group .

Al-Omari said: “This distinguished partnership with a long-established real estate group, along with other partnerships we plan to sign with developers specializing in various real estate sectors, to develop the Ishbiliya project, demonstrates that major real estate enterprises in our country have full confidence in the Saudi real estate market and its potential, as well as their desire to actively contribute to the development of this market with its multifaceted economic dimensions, and their desire to support the government’s efforts in achieving its comprehensive, sustainable, and balanced development goals.

For his part, Salman viewed this agreement to develop a portion of the Ishbiliya project as an opportunity to strengthen the group’s expansion into the Kingdom’s major cities, particularly those in need of residential projects suitable for middle-income earners, as well as those eligible for housing support and Real Estate Fund programs. At the same time, he expressed his delight at partnering with Al-Omari Group and bringing our expertise in housing development to cities in need of such projects.
