The Acting Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed honored Basma Real Estate Management Company during his opening last week of the Riyadh Real Estate and Housing Exhibition «Restax 18» with the award for the best real estate marketer in the Kingdom for 2014, received by the Minister of Housing Chairman of Basma Company Sheikh Khalid Al-Baltan, and after the opening program, the Minister visited Basma Company's pavilion and was received by the General Manager of Basma Company Khalid Al-Mubaid and several officials of the company, He listened to a detailed explanation of the company's activities and efforts in marketing and managing real estate, which enhances the company's role in achieving the ministry's goals of providing adequate housing for the citizen, it should be noted that the company is participating in the exhibition for the sixth time in a row.
<p class="p2On this occasion, Khalid Al-Mubaid said that Basma's participation this year carries a message entitled »the largest call center for real estate services" in the Kingdom. In the same context, Al-Mubaid noted the expansion witnessed by the company to be closer to its customers, as it was announced the opening of the Yasmin branch as a new point of sale where the company offers its services to the public.
The company is participating in the exhibition for the sixth time in a row.
For his part, Basma CEO Mansour Al Qumaisi said that Basma's participation in the exhibition was distinctive and targeted specific segments of citizens, companies and developers, by highlighting the self-service through electronic search for properties and registering requests through the website directly.
In turn, Wael Al Ahmar, Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Basma, confirmed the achievement of the desired goal of participation, as the number of visitors to the Basma pavilion reached more than 1000 visitors, and orders were registered for more than 100 customers, where most customers were directed towards the residential sector, followed by the land and commercial sector, and the Basma pavilion was characterized by the distribution of sectors on all corners of their pavilion at the exhibition, There was a special corner for the residential sector, the commercial sector and the land sector, and there was a special corner for other services (evaluation, property management and studies). Wael also reported that the prizes for the #elfie_Basma competition were distributed to the first three winners, where the prizes were three iPhone 6 devices, and Mr. Al Qomizi, CEO, handed over the prizes to the winners, and achieved positive interaction with the audience.
