The Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl” won the award for Best Mortgage Financing Program in the Corporate Category for the year 1434 AH. Acting Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saeed presented the award to Abdul-Ilah Al-Sheikh, CEO of the Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl,” during the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development Exhibition, which concluded last Wednesday, amid active participation from government and private entities, as well as real estate development and financing companies in the Kingdom, and in the presence of specialists and those interested in real estate matters.
The “Best Real Estate Financing Program” award in the corporate category for 2014 marks the second award received by the Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl” within two weeks, as it had previously won the “Best Retail Customer Service Provider of 2014” at the ”Banker Middle East” Awards, which recognize and honor outstanding performance in banking and financial products and services in the Middle East.
Abdul-Ilah Al-Sheikh said: “I am delighted to accept these awards on behalf of all my colleagues at the Saudi Housing Finance Company. Providing financing programs with consistent, professional-level service is one of the company’s core values, and we are delighted that these achievements have been recognized through these awards.”
Regarding the company’s participation in the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development Exhibition 2015, Al-Sheikh explained that the company’s booth showcased financing products compliant with Sharia principles to meet the housing needs of customers in the Saudi market.
