The Real Estate Development Fund Approves Seven Important New Resolutions to Promote Homeownership for Citizens
First: Approval of the executive regulations for investment loans.
Second: Raising the maximum building age to 25 years for all those eligible for residential mortgage loans.
Third: Permitting those who wish to build one or more additional residential units on a building that was previously financed.
Fourth: Allowing joint loans to be granted to a group of borrowers.
Fifth: Approval of financing Fund loans under the "off-plan sale" system.
Sixth: Approval of the implementation of the "Early Home Ownership" program.
Seventh: Approval of the transfer of a “loan application” submitted to the Fund from one person to another with whom the applicant has a first-degree kinship relationship (parents, children, and siblings) who meet the loan conditions.
