Compensation for construction companies begins online registration tomorrow, Friday

The Minister of Labor, Chairman of the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf), Dr. Mofrej bin Saad Al-Haqbani, has set Friday, 26 Rajab 1436 AH, as the date for the start of receiving requests for compensation for enterprises will begin, by registering through the website www.hrdf.org.sa/crp. He pointed out that the registration process will continue for six months from this date.

Dr. Al Haqbani explained that the Cabinet decision stipulates that the labor for which the financial compensation was paid must be related to the government projects contracted, in addition to the requirement to settle the status of the labor associated with the project after the end of its implementation period, either by proving their departure, or transferring them to another government project, or any other settlement determined by the committee as required by the public interest.

About the stages of compensation of the enterprises referred to in the decision. <The Minister of Labor explained that the compensation of eligible enterprises according to the conditions and mechanisms will be done according to practical steps in three stages, where in the first stage, which will start on Friday 26 Rajab, applications will be submitted by logging into the system, filling out the compensation form and entering the data of the enterprise and the contract or purpose that was concluded before 1/1/1434 AH, in addition to attaching the necessary proofs, and in the second stage, the applications are reviewed by reviewing them and studying the proofs that were attached, and verifying the validity of the data provided by the establishments, and some additional documents and proofs may be requested, and in the third stage, the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” deposits the financial compensation into the accounts of establishments whose compensation requests have been approved and meet the eligibility conditions.
