The Eastern Province Municipality announced the approval of 69 government and private plans “initially” by the Municipality and the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs for the year 1435-1436, while a number of private and government plans were approved in Khobar Governorate with a total area of more than 87 thousand square meters.

The Secretary of the Eastern Province, Engineer Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir, revealed that the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs approved 69 government and private plans during the current year, as follows: 12 private plans, in addition to 3 other government plans in Dammam city with a total area of more than four million square meters, including 1298 land plots.

indicated in a press statement that 3 private plans and a government plan were approved in Khobar Governorate with a total area exceeding 87 thousand square meters, including 41 plots of land, in addition to 3 private plans in Qatif Governorate and 11 government plans. It includes 4273 plots of land.

He said that the ministry approved a number of plans "initially" during the past year, as follows: 11 government plans and four private plans in a number of governorates and hamlets of the region with a total area estimated at two million square meters, including 1851 plots, and a number of plans were approved initially for the current year 1436 by the Secretariat, including 9 private plans and a government plan in the city of Dammam, and two plans in the province of Khobar, as well as the approval of five private plans and another government plan in Qatif Governorate, and two private plans and another plan were approved by the Ministry.
