Next Thursday, May 21, 2015, Dammam will host the auction for the Fouad Square development, Abdullah Fouad Holding Company and Yusuf Mohammed Al-Dosari Real Estate Consulting Company have completed all preparations for the launch of the project, which is located on King Fahd Road, stretching 422 square meters toward the airport, next to the new government complex and the Al-Ghoroub development, and across from the new Al-Rashid complex, on a total area of 264,000 square meters. Plot sizes in the development range from 1,850 to 2,600 square meters, and commercial and service plots are also available.

Abdulrahman Fahd Al-Sumeit, Director of the Land Department at Abdullah Fouad Holding Company, explained that the public auction for the project will take place at the Sheraton Hotel, amid expectations of fierce competition among real estate developers and investors, given the new vision the development offers to the real estate market that meets the aspirations of investors in the Eastern Province for various real estate products and specialized residential units that address the growing demand in this sector.
