The Ministry of Commerce, represented by the Real Estate Contributions Committee, announced that it will hold three public auctions this month to sell a number of properties belonging to distressed real estate contributions currently under review by the committee, in preparation for their liquidation and the restitution of rights to shareholders affected by the default and delays in liquidating those schemes. The committee announced a public auction for the sale of the Al-Sharaf and Hadn Al-Nashwan plots in Khamis Mushait, in the Asir region, An announcement will also be made regarding the auction of the Al-Qasr Farm land in Buraidah in the Al-Qassim region, as well as the public auction for the sale of the remaining plots in the Durat Al-Jawf development in Sakaka in the Al-Jawf region.
