With the participation of more than 40 national companies from within and outside the Asir region, as well as a number of banks and financing companies, the Abha Real Estate and Financing Solutions Exhibition continues its activities under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Abdulaziz and the supervision of the Abha Chamber of of Abha, and organized by Nabat International for Exhibitions and Conferences and the National Center for Exhibitions and Conferences. The exhibition aims to identify available real estate opportunities and examine proposed price offers and financing solutions related to real estate in general, as well as highlighting the importance of such exhibitions as a real estate marketing tool, as they open channels of communication between parties involved in investment, including producers and beneficiaries

In this regard, Mr. Saleh Hussein Qadah, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abha Chamber of Commerce, noted that such gatherings facilitate competition and the exchange of expertise among investors, noting that they serve as forums through which real estate professionals discuss their issues and problems to open the door to cooperation and the exchange of expertise among them.

Qadah noted that the exhibition, held for the first time in the Asir region, will promote the region’s real estate sector by showcasing ideas, designs, and opportunities to advance a policy of improving supply and demand mechanisms and facilitating the exchange and presentation of the latest developments inand real estate development with industry leaders. This is why the Abha Chamber of Commerce and Industry is keen to support this real estate initiative and endorse such efforts, which will have a significant impact on marketing Asir in the real estate sector and propelling the region toward a real estate renaissance, as theexhibition targets real estate developers, property owners, real estate marketers, relevant government agencies, and investors both within and outside the Asir region. Asir is considered a hub for investment, tourism, and real estate, boasting promising investment opportunities that attract businesspeople from all regions of the Kingdom, emphasizing the importance of real estate exhibitions in supporting urban development within and outside the Asir region.
