Under the title “Real Estate Development Fund Initiatives”, the Real Estate Development Fund will hold its second workshop tomorrow evening, Monday, at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jeddah - Saleh Al-Turki Hall (eleventh floor) at 9:00 p.m. The workshop includes members of the Urban Development Committee and a number of real estate developers in Jeddah.

<The Real Estate Development Fund held the first workshop aimed at strengthening the partnership with the private sector in Riyadh, in the presence of a number of developers and representatives of financial institutions, where the workshop, which was held twice, ended with a number of recommendations, including: Studying the establishment of an executive advisory center for the development of raw lands in major cities, to push them to develop them and raise the supply of residential lands, as well as granting investment loans for the development of raw lands, provided they are converted into residential lands, with other conditions to ensure that their prices are suitable for the categories served by the Real Estate Fund.
