The General Real Estate Authority showcased at its booth at the “Distinguished City Projects During the Reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques“," currently being held at the Riyadh International Convention Center, a number of services relevant to the real estate sector and its stakeholders, as part of its role in the real estate registration system, regulating the non-governmental real estate sector, and raising awareness of the sector’s regulations and activities, to strengthen the sector’s governance, improve its performance, ensure its sustainability, serve partners, and enhance the sector’s transparency in accordance with the comprehensive strategy for the real estate sector.

The Authority’s pavilion features (the Real Estate Brokerage System, the Real Estate Registration System, the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration, the Malak Program, the Ijar Program, the Real Estate Indicators Platform, the Geospatial Real Estate Portal, and the Partner Service Center).
