<Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Arjani, Secretary General of the King Abdullah Parental Foundation for Developmental Housing, signed a number of construction contracts for the construction of 900 housing units distributed in 9 locations, in each of: Riyadh, Hail, Northern Borders, Makkah, Asir, Najran, Bahah, Qassim and Al Jawf, each site includes 100 housing units, a mosque and a cooperative society at a total cost of SAR 350 million, with an implementation period of 24 months, during which the construction work was assigned to a number of national companies, while the work of supervising the implementation is being awarded to a specialized consulting office.

Al-Arjani added in a statement that the residential units will be equipped with the necessary services of equipment and household furniture, and a number of lands have been allocated in each site to build schools, health centers, playgrounds, parks, parking lots and others, and provide all infrastructure such as water, electricity, telephone and sewage, indicating that these units have modern and economic designs, accept vertical and horizontal expansion, according to the future requirements of the resident, and suit the surrounding environmental and climatic conditions and suit the customs and traditions of the Saudi family.

It is worth mentioning that the construction of these complexes is an extension of the series of residential complexes implemented by the Foundation over the past years, which amounted to (19) complexes in various regions of the Kingdom. <It is worth mentioning that the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Foundation for Developmental Housing is currently working on receiving the projects (Phase III) that have been implemented in: Arar city in the Northern Borders region, Najran city, Wadi Al-Haya in Asir region, and Al-Raith governorate in Jazan region, with a total of 350 housing units, in addition to public facilities, mosques, urban and commercial centers, as well as infrastructure such as water, electricity, asphalt and lighting.

The Secretary-General of the Foundation asked the Secretary-General of the King Abdullah and Abdulaziz Foundation for Developmental Housing.
