Itqan Real Estate Company signed a memorandum of cooperation with Bank Albilad on Monday with the aim of supporting real estate financing, the company's initiatives, current and future ideas and plans for the real estate marketing sector and supporting real estate investment provided by the company in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom, in addition to promoting real estate marketing initiatives and supporting the housing sector in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
This came on the sidelines of Itqan Real Estate's platinum sponsorship of the Restatex exhibition, which kicked off yesterday in Jeddah, where the agreement was signed by Mr. Abdulaziz bin Fahad Al-Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itqan Real Estate and Mr. Khaled Abu Hassan, Head of Retail Banking Assets at Bank Albilad, in the presence of a number of officials from the company, Bank Albilad and the media.
The signing of this agreement comes as an extension of the effective presence of the pioneer of real estate marketing in the Kingdom ”Itqan” and within the framework of its tireless efforts to provide comprehensive financing solutions to its customers in coordination with local banks to suit all customer needs and with highly competitive facilities and benefits.
