The Real Estate Developers Services Center issued permits for the construction of 14,746 residential units through the third quarter, bringing the total number of permits to over 71,000 residential units, and qualified 2,768 real estate developers, bringing the total number of qualified developers to 6,619, and processed registration applications for 6,592 workers in residential projects implemented by real estate developers in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, The Center processed 22 inquiries regarding the validity of deeds through its system, in addition to providing support to 51 developers and finalizing licensing procedures for 50 off-plan projects.
The Center seeks to support and activate its strategic roles in overcoming the obstacles facing real estate developers and residential project owners; to contribute to providing suitable housing options for citizens and beneficiaries to meet the diverse needs of Saudi families, noting the complementary role between various government agencies and the private sector in ensuring the initiative’s success and streamlining procedures and services within the Center’s operations.
It is worth noting that the “Etmam” contributes, through a unified platform and digital portal, to facilitating access to all services required by real estate developers with ease and high reliability, in addition to providing all data and statistics that support decision-making and encourage real estate developers to invest in the sector, and overcoming obstacles that real estate developers may face in residential projects that will provide diverse housing options, as part of its effective role and fruitful cooperation with various relevant authorities.
