The General Secretariat of the Real Estate Ownership Applications Review Committees “Ekkam“ explained that there are only (7) days left until the end of the period of receiving real estate ownership applications, which ends on Tuesday, 29/11/2022. <The General Secretariat stated in a statement that it is working actively to study the applications of Ownership and make sure that they meet the conditions and requirements approved with other government agencies, noting that all requests for ownership require that the property in question must have been revived before the order prohibiting revitalization and not be among the sites where ownership may not be acquired legally or according to orders, decisions and instructions, in addition to filling out the approved forms necessary to complete the request The committees will not consider any request for ownership of a property that has already been decided by a judgment that has gained final status, or is located within sites where ownership may not be acquired legally or according to orders, regulations and decisions, or conflicts with the organization or planning, or any of the other development projects, in accordance with the rules and mechanism of work of the committees to consider requests for ownership.
