Laden Investment Company has started delivering residential units in <a href="https://amlak.net.Jawhara Rusayfah in Makkah, in honor of the visit of His Excellency Mr. Majid Al Haqeel, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing to the project, accompanied by His Excellency the Deputy Minister, Engineer Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Badir, and a number of regional secretaries.
The start of handing over the units comes within the framework of the keenness of the Residential Program in cooperation with real estate developers to hand over the units to beneficiaries as soon as they are completed, as a result of the effective partnership between the public and private sectors through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide various housing solutions and products that correspond to the needs of citizens at competitive subsidized prices.
He was briefed by the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid Al-Hogail, on the project. The Minister was briefed on the implementation stages and delivery plans for the Jewel of Rusaifa project, which consists of 34 residential buildings and includes 1,035 housing units for beneficiaries of the residential program. The value of the housing unit ranges from SR 200,000 to SR 501,000, while the project area is 87,660 square meters.
