The The National Housing Company announced the launch of more than 150 projects in partnership with real estate developers, emphasizing that the company will not act as a major contractor but will instead focus heavily on empowering the private sector.

Engineer Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati, the company’s CEO, highlighted during a session titled “Essential Services in the Era of Digital Transformation” as part of the 2023 Budget Forum sessions, stating that the company is taking the lead in developing urban communities and designing products tailored to beneficiaries’ needs based on their purchasing power and at reasonable average prices.

Engineer Mohammed Al-Bati noted that the National Housing Company is working to develop the land, hand it over to the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, and allocate it to beneficiaries.
