Mortgage Financing: The Real Estate Development Fund deposited 900 million riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of “Sakani” program of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing for the month of December.

The fund’s CEO, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the support was allocated to the profits of subsidized mortgage contracts, noting that the total amount deposited into the accounts of Sakani beneficiaries from the announcement of the Transformation Program in June 2017 through December 2022 reached 43.5 billion riyals.
