Ewan International Housing Company has signed a strategic partnership agreement with the Ministry of Housing to contribute to the development of the «Babak» residential project, which the Ministry of Housing unveiled at the Jeddah Projects Exhibition launched by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Governor of the Makkah Region, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Dr. Essam bin Saeed.
The company will develop 559 of the 4,300 residential units—the total number of units offered in the new “Babak” project—within a maximum period of two years. Anis Momenah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ewan International Housing Company, expressed his pride in contributing to this promising national project, and extended his sincere thanks to the Minister of Housing for his trust in the company and its ability to fulfill its role in this national project, which brings together a select group of leading developers carefully chosen by the Ministry to ensure the highest standards of quality and finish.
