The General Secretariat of the Real Estate Ownership Applications Review Committees in the Kingdom “Rules” has renewed its reminder to the general public and government agencies to review the announcements of real estate ownership applications on its platform.

“Ekkam,“ said in a statement that those who have an objection to the announced application can apply within 30 days from the date of announcement of the application by entering the platform.

The “Ikam” is an electronic platform of the General Authority for State Real Estate to receive requests for ownership and modification of real estate.

The terms of reference of “Ikam“ include; considering requests for ownership, considering requests for modification, considering requests for proof of ownership for properties located within the boundaries of the Two Holy Mosques according to the regulations, and considering requests for modification to title deeds within the boundaries of the Two Holy Mosques.

It is noteworthy that the ”Ikam“ platform, on February 19, asked the owners of applications previously submitted on the platform without completing the necessary procedures and conditions, to complete the required procedures within a maximum period of 30 days from its date; for applications submitted on the platform before Jumada I 5, 1444 AH.
