Mansat Real Estate Company generated sales of more than 6 million Saudi riyals from the «Abeer Al-Shamal» auction, held in several cities in the northern regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Sakaka, Arar, Rafha, Turaif, Al-Qurayyat, and Al-Awaqiliyah).

The auction included 20 properties and 20 distinguished commercial and residential investment opportunities in several strategic locations, with lot sizes ranging from 400 square meters to 5,000 square meters.

It is worth noting that the auction was organized by Mansat Real Estate Company under the supervision of the Support and Liquidation Center (Infaaz) and by decision of the Enforcement Court via the Saudi Auction Platform.
