Kicked off Last week marked the launch of the exhibition for the expanded residential apartment marketing project organized by the Ministry of Housing in partnership with the private sector, which will run for 40 days, during which eight companies specializing in real estate development will showcase their residential projects, allowing beneficiaries and applicants for housing assistance to review them and choose what best suits their needs.

Beneficiaries of housing loans will be allowed to select their housing units from among the companies implementing the projects, which will be built on an area exceeding 2 million square meters and comprise approximately 4,536 units—residential apartments distributed across three projects: «the Northern Dammam Housing Development Project,» "the Southern Dammam Housing Development Project," and "the Qatif Housing Development Project."

The Ministry has designated two companies to develop the Dammam South Project: Al-Hakimiyah Real Estate Development, with 888 residential apartments, and Imdad Najd Contracting, with 2,000 residential apartments. Six developers have been selected for the Northern Dammam project: Tamkeen for Investment and Real Estate Development, which will build 200 residential apartments; Ali bin Sultan & Brothers Holding Group, which will build 396 residential apartments; Al-Qadibi “Shazen” with 184 residential apartments; Mada Al-Sharqia Real Estate Development with 144 residential apartments; Al-Ra’im Contracting Company with 230 residential apartments; and Bawabat Al-Dar with 120 residential apartments. Its project in Al-Qatif (Al-Ra’im Contracting) consists of 160 residential apartments.
