The residential projects being developed by 8 companies are built on an area of more than two million square meters and contain about 4536 units, consisting of residential apartments distributed in three projects ”North Dammam Housing Development Project, South Dammam Housing Development Project and Qatif Housing Development Project“.

The Ministry of Housing will match the data of the beneficiaries and the required documents, before printing the nomination slip for the beneficiary and choosing the product. <It is worth mentioning that the ministry has identified the following companies to develop the projects: Two companies to develop the southern Dammam project: Al-Hakimiya Real Estate Development for 888 apartments, Imdaad Najd Contracting for 2000 apartments, and six companies to develop the northern Dammam project: Tamkeen Investment and Real Estate Development for 200 apartments, Ali Bin Sultan & Brothers Holding Group for 396 apartments, Al-Qudaibi ”Shazan" for 184 apartments, and Eastern Mada Real Estate Development for 144 apartments. The beneficiary can sign the contract for his apartment with one of the developer companies, and the delivery will take place after 22 months, which is the time set by the Ministry of Housing.
