Al-Rajhi Bank has been exclusively awarded the contract to provide its banking services and solutions to the Ministry of Justice, represented by the Ministry’s Agency for Seizure and Enforcement Affairs and the Department of Accounts and Banking Transactions, in accordance with the Ministry’s regulations and its Sharia and legal requirements, This follows the signing of an agreement with the Ministry of Justice. The signing took place at the Agency’s headquarters between the Undersecretary for Seizure and Enforcement Affairs, Sheikh Khalid bin Ali Al-Dawood, and Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Zuma’i, General Manager of the Retail Banking Group at Al Rajhi Bank, in the presence of officials from the Agency’s General Administration of Accounts and the bank’s Accounts and Government Relations Department.

On this occasion, Sheikh Khalid Al Dawood urged the working teams from the Agency and the bank to perform at their best to serve citizens and achieve the objectives for which the Agency was established, striving for accuracy and speed in restoring rights to their rightful owners, and to achieve the desired objectives of the Seizure and Enforcement Agency. For his part, Saleh Al-Zumai’ explained that the agreement will enable the provision of innovative services and solutions, noting that the bank has achieved remarkable success in many of its dealings with government and charitable entities. He explained that the bank will serve as a crucial link in facilitating the enforcement of judicial rulings on seizure and execution, in addition to other entities such as the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority and the Capital Market Authority.
