The The “Enfaaz” Support and Liquidation Center announced that it will hold 12 public auctions on May 14, 2023, featuring a variety of items, including auctions —both in-person and online—to sell and liquidate more than 160 properties, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties, located in six different regions across the Kingdom.

These include the auctions 35 properties in the Riyadh region in the Al-Bayan, South Najd, and Wa’ad electronic auctions, followed by 23 properties in the Makkah region at the Wasam Al-Gharbia and Makkah Online Auctions, and 3 properties in the Madinah region at the Al-Nour Online Auction, then 32 properties in the Eastern Province at the Thimar and Eastern Province Online Auctions and the Sama In-Person Auction, followed by 54 properties in the Al-Qassim region, in the province of Unaizah, on the Rawabi Unaizah and Al-Qassim online auctions; and finally, the Naseem Jeddah online auction, which features 14 properties.
