The fourth edition of the Euromoney Housing and Real Estate Finance Conference kicked off this morning, under the theme “Opportunities and Challenges in the Housing Market,” under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Al-Hogail.
The conference will be attended by a number of experts and thought leaders in the housing finance sector from the Kingdom, the Gulf and various countries around the world, as it is a key platform for exchanging ideas on how to build sustainable growth in the housing market, within the framework of ongoing efforts to improve market efficiency, in order to achieve the goals of the Housing Program, one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The conference attracts around 500 participants from around the world to discuss the conference themes, which address the most important developments and advancements that contribute to making the housing sector in the Kingdom effective and innovative, while providing opportunities to explore topics and issues of interest to housing, such as risk management and innovation, and present them to policymakers, financial regulators, bankers, state funds, companies, and private capital providers from around the world.
