The Ministry of Finance has strengthened its communication with businessmen and investors by launching the page of the General Secretariat of the Government Tenders and Procurement System, which will provide legal, administrative and technical support to the grievances and violations committees in the Government Tenders and Procurement System.

The webpage will oversee all procedures for processing grievances and violations, requests for price amendments, exchange of memoranda and processing.

The e-page will supervise all procedures for handling grievances, violations and price adjustment requests and exchange and process their memos, in order to achieve prompt justice in the grievances and violations of competitors, to enhance transparency and confidence among those who deal with the system, and to ensure transparency and promote economic development.

The e-page aims to provide legal, administrative and technical support to the grievances and violations committees in the Government Tenders and Procurement System. The Secretariat aims to achieve the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency in following up grievances, requests and violations related to the government tenders and procurement system that the committees specialize in, building credibility and transparency to gain the confidence of those dealing with the government tenders and procurement system, in addition to achieving the highest levels of institutional work and independence.
